I thought of something i'd love to see, in the crew ledger in game "My Crew", it'd be great if you could see crew contributions. Or by pressing tab for a score sheet or something simple.
For instance,
- how many cannonballs, bannanas and planks a crew member has supplied the ship with.
- Time spent adjusting sails
- Time spent at the helm
- Skeletons killed
- Chests retrieved
Just some initial thoughts, but maybe some achievements can be tied to this and or small rewards in game such as gold for being a good crew member. For instance, anyone that has played the division, there is currently a perpetual levelling system, you level up infinitely but every time you do you get a small reward.
It could be similar in this, being part of a crew slowly fills a exp bar based on your contributions, there more you contribute the more exp you get, the closer you get to a small reward, maybe even titles etc.
SOMETHING to encourage people to not be muppets.
