Inviting Crew Mates ingame

I've noticed while playing. you have the option to play solo, or automatically with any player who is actively seeking a crew. You should have the ability to go into a game on your own and have the option for your friends yo join you while you are at sea.. nothing is more painful than being on a tresure hunt and one of your friends come online. As you have to quit your current game and start a new session to invite your friends.
