I have yet to see one of these elusive books in the wild. Has anyone else?

@bloodfrenzy187 My friend and I found one yesterday on top of a hill between some bushes (sadly we don't remember which island it was). After we read it, we got acess to a special bounty-map. was a tough fight, all kinds of skeletons. Ended up with firing our cannons at them xD
The Captain was sealed in gold and got a shovel in his shoulders but the reward was super disapointing...low tier skull...

The reward is just the end of that particular quest, the entertainment also lies in doing the quest.
Sometimes the reward far outweighs the task, sometimes not.It's is the average that counts :)

/MeThat's true but doesn't change the fact that you invested way more time, bullets, banans and cannonballs as in the normal quests. So yeah, you got the wow-fact and the fun/challenge but it's still disapointing that a nearly golden skeleton drops a skull with... nothing =/
@bloodfrenzy187 a guy on my crew found one and when he read it we got a treasure map. i never saw it personally but he said it was purple. we were on crescent isle.
