How do I get my Blackdog pre-order bonus items?

If you pre-ordered the game on amazon or bestbuy or any other retailer you should get a promo code in email if not then you need to contact them.
When you pre-order the game on microsoft you need to wait like a week to get a email from xbox.

Players who have preordered Sea of Thieves after the 26th of January may have to wait for a Xbox Live message with the Black Dog Pack in. This should arrive to you within the next 24 hours.

For players that have preordered between the 16th of March and the 20th of March you may have to wait a little longer to receive this Xbox Live message.

If you have still not received your Black Dog Pack code by the 23rd of March please use the support tools below to create a support ticket for further assistance.

I purchased it on the 19th through Microsoft.

Hopefully, you will get it soon matey! One of the dev's said it'll probably be 5-7 days.
I can't find his post so I cant quote it here.
