BUG: Fullscreen is locked to 60fps if your Display is Duplicated.

How to replicate:
Duplicate your monitor onto a 2nd and only window-mode will allow more than 60fps regardless of fps lock being off / no vsync settings within the game.
Extending the displays fix this.
This can be done whilst the game is running for testing purposes.
