I am running Windows 10, 64 bit, but wheenever i want to download it from the store, it says that the app is unavalible.

Have you been accepted to the program and reviewed your invite?
try logging out of all ms sites / accounts, type 'wsreset' in 'search windows' & activate, then log in & try again. wsreset clears the windows / ms store cache
