and redeemed it, it shows up in my MS store purchases. How to I install the game?@ceasefire032 Go to your MS store page & on the right hand side there are 3 dots - click on that & then click on redeem a code

Just a complete joke. You would of thought the would of tested it to make sure it at least loads up through the windows store. Really isn't filling me with confidence the longer it takes them to try an fix this. All I want to is try the game out as have looking forward to it for at least the last year or two.
@simplegeekyt got to bare in mind its beta bigger influx of ppl that it is also a test to how it would cope or what hurdle they would get just remeber that it dont release officially till march so everything atm is still testing even though it close to complete game it still fine tweeking
@animalnormal388 Servers just went down, so don't think you will need to update anything but the servers are being worked on I suspect. About an hours downtime apparently.

I've received my email for installing the beta, installed through the Hub and store, but when I try to launch it says I'm too early. Checked the Twitter feed and they said it should be fixed but not for my account. I've tried opening a ticket but I get sent to Microsoft each time and they are unable to do anything. I have Xbox gold live and play anywhere but still can't play. I've also done every single reinstall and list of instructions posted in forums and twitter but still no change.
@creamsickle83 Yep same here. The most annoying part is being sent from Billy to Bob in Microsoft, only to have them tell me that I should contact Rare on the forums since it's not their problem. Okay then, thank you very much. What the f am I supposed to do, lads??? Is there a fix coming??? Yes/no and when?
