my friend just achieved level 100 in servants of the flame, yes he bought every commendations to the guy in reapers. Now that this is said, my friend cannot open the vault to go to reapers lair, and when he goes down with help, he cannot do the ritual of the flame even tho he has all the criteria to do so, please help

@hydjak729 You need allegiance level 100 with servants of flames AND reputation level 75 with the reapers. After that he has to speak to the servant of the flame and use the now available dialog option.
@streichkase Na this happend to me to. i was level 191 in reapers and level 100 in soft and i got the commedation after talking to the servent of the flame and for some reason i couldn't play the shanty at the platfrom. i had to relog a couple of times before i went down and did the ritual for the first time they didn't gave me the curse. i had to do it a second time, before i finally got the curse.
@neros5161 the thing is that he restarted his pc like 3 times and we tried for almost an hour but it still didnt work
