Fix loot deletion on disconnect

I was standing maybe 10 feet away from the gold hoarders tent, when my game crashed. I was carrying a CoF, and it was deleted because I disconnected when the game crashed. People on open crew can also join and pick up an item, then leave, and it disappears forever. How has this not been fixed?
