    Don't dive and u need to find 3 ashen key to open the small cache inside the vault

    They're not on Safer Seas.
    Try and get Ashen Keys before starting Fort as you can't guarantee the Fort will have enough Keys to open 4 compartments.

    Some Forts have 2 Logs - these might be the Mega's only not sure.

    @lukitch59 Annoyingly only one key seems to be guaranteed to spawn on Servant's Oath, but 3 can spawn on King's Chalice. When undertaking a raid voyage for the Garrisons no ashen keys will spawn.
