Commendation bugged

    im BOB0119 on sea of thieves. me and my friend has been trying for weeks now to get the warsmith of the flame commendation, try everything with every type of skulls and every type of skelly ships. no progression what so ever. is it bug? Any way we can just finally get the commendation?

    "Ashen Winds Skull" is only skull required and only I believe 3 ways to get one.
    Ashen Lords, Fort of Fortune, or "Legendary Stash of Powder and Arms" random.

    make sure it isnt the "Obsidian Ashen Winds Skull" since it could be a difference.
