I am posting here trying to get some feedback. I have had a very dissapointing interaction with SOT support and after many years of playing the game have a problem that I cannot resolve.
Since the 19th, I have been getting disconnected with Hazelnutbeard issue. I have at least one other Guild member reporting the same. I have changed ISP, reinstalled OS, tried another PC and this issue is not going away. Support are not being - ideal.
Anyone else seeing this? I have tried UK, Europe and USA servers, and the issue seems to happen across the globe. It happens more when another ship is nearby, that is the only real thing I can find so far. The status page acknowledges the issue on the 19th, but not since.
