I was falsely flagged for cheating/hacking whilst running gold hoarders with my friends. When I attempted to appeal this ban and explain that I was doing nothing wrong they got back to me saying that "Our security team have re-checked your ban, and have concluded you or someone with access to your PC, Console or Sea of Thieves Game Account were using 3rd party applications to interfere with your game files."
This doesn't make sense to me as I've only used the Steam install and it hasn't been an issue since I bought it. I received no prior warning or indicator suggesting that I was breaking any rules or was exploiting. I tried to reach out and say it could've been because I was using a device-wide VPN to match-make for hourglass due to getting none in area for whatever reason but I was able to play for 2 days since then so I'm assuming that might not be it, especially since using VPNs isn't outlined as against the Code of Conduct.
Support appears to simply not care or hear me out at all despite my attempt to reason with them or give them as much information as they need. This feels incredibly unfair since I paid for the game full-price, and have invested money into ancient coins just for them to ban me out of the blue.
What do I do in this scenario? I paid for the game to play with my friends and they've just taken away my access from the game entirely. Do I make a new account or is this ban evading? Do I try to reach out again or will I be banned from making tickets?
