Proplem with keyboard input after i use the item radial or a barrel interface

Almost everytime i hold Q to open the item radial, my keyboard almost freezes up, and has a 3-4 second input delay. the same happens when i open barrels. my mouse input works just fine, and when i use a controller my movement is also problem-free. somehow when i turn sticky radial on in the settings, the problem is gone for a couple of seconds, but then it comes right back. i have tried switching to another internet, or using another keyboard. i have also installed the newest drivers on my computer. i dont know what is causing this problem
