So was talking with some fellow pirates and got the idea that maybe we coule have a yearly event around halloween that increases the shrouded spawn rate (not to be super common, but more likely to appear)
Just wanted to though this out there

@caleb-wid0gast I don't mind if they do an event like the adventure where people get to experience it but I hope they don't ever tweak spawn rate. It's one of the few things left that hasn't been nerfed/made easier.
