The problem with this is that there's multiple solutions to an error and that wouldn't really be able to be accounted for properly without having a LONG long message. For example Lavenderbeard can be solved by that yes, but in the Turkish region for example it can be an IP provider issue. Solutions may also vary by platform and may be dependent on issues etc, like how the persistant Lavenderbeard on Xbox was resolved that one time by signing out of all other accounts on the Xbox, so it'd have to be kept up to date regularly.
Although if it was a link to an article for the issue, or the beard error support article then that would probably resolve some of the issues I highlighted above.
