  • Please write code to fix my broken mouse...

  • @foambreaker never mind that. Give us a map sensitivity option for Xbox so we can scan the map quicker than the current snail’s pace.

  • Really what I want is a hand held chart, maybe just 1 or 2 nautical miles, that can be used in a rowboat or on an island. I get that the island version may have ezmode issues, so it could just be something that is in the rowboat only.

  • Scroll a bit slower if you're actually breaking your mouse, or maybe grab a new mouse cause that thing sounds weak as. Doesn't really sound like a game problem ngl

  • Once you learn the layout of the Sea, you shouldnt even bother with the map.

I still want to see emissary boats, reaper chests on the FotD etc to get an idea of what's going on in the game.

  • @foambreaker You make it sound kinda dumb and complicated to implement in code (which is absolutely not), but there's no reason why the game shouldn't have the option of setting a keybind for scrolling a map when there's a keybind for litterally anything else. Stuff like shooting your gun and swinging your sword included.

No it has nothing to do with code, you stated you keep breaking your mouse: "I often break my mousewheel for some reason"

...and want this for that reason.

  • @foambreaker it has nothing to do with code, yet you're pointing it out like it's some obstacle :D

Yes i keep breaking my mouse wheel and yes, i want it for that reason i think that is obvious. Alot of people break their mousewheels and it's fairly common thing to have keybinds so you can either set a key to your preference or use another one in case you can't use the preset - which is a sole purpose of having a keybind options in games.

So again, what exactly is wrong about me suggesting simple option of setting a keybind?
