What's going on with the support page? I already uploaded the video to the page but when I send submit it tells me its over 1mb. Theres no way to compress a video to that size while keeping the necessary details in it to report someone.

@alienmagi Export it on youtube and put the link in the report. That's how I do it and it works just fine.
@grog-minto I've always sent videos of bugs and toxicity directly through the support page without issue until now. Thanks for the suggestion but I do not want to flood my youtube channel with this kind of content.
I wasted nearly half an hour trying to work around this bug. The support page really needs to get fixed, this has just become too much of a hassle now. Having to send reports through the website instead of having an in-game function is one thing, but I dont see myself reporting bugs and toxic players anymore if I'll also have to create accounts and upload on 3rd party websites.

Sure it's not perfect, but it's basically your only option right now.Instead of youtube, try Imgur. Set it to private and send support the link.
I know this is exactly what didn't want to do but you can keep your channel pure lol

Rare don’t care about cheaters - as long as the game is being played. Imagine spending your money for things and then getting met with hackers and people won’t believe you. Aad really.
Please don't spread misinformation.
All player reports, especially those of hackers and cheaters are personally investigated.
OP, just clip out the section of the video and then upload it unlisted to Youtube. That's what I do.
Yes, it is a bit of work but they'll get banned if they are actually cheating.
But what they really need to do is start banning multiple pieces of hardware. That way if you're banned, you got to buy new hardware if you want to keep playing. That's what you get for cheating!
