South African servers : true or lie ?

Now, for years, players in the Indian Ocean have been waiting for servers in their region (ZA ! South Africa !).
For months, we learned that the development of these servers was underway.

Despite an excellent fiber connection, PVP is impractical with current servers (250-300ms of ping here in Réunion Island).

Can we have an answer please : will these servers be exiting anytime soon or are you IRL pirates and just want to make more sales by claiming that they will?
