Don't you better ask support instead?
@thuyentruongdui If you won a Giveaway from a Streamer/Partner, you would need to contact THAT Partner first of all.
@thuyentruongdui They would still be your first point of contact. Sometimes life gets in the way and stuff gets backed up.
Have patience and it'll be sorted.
