New merchant trade stuff - surplus stuff is not cheaper as it was intended to be

    There is a commendation to buy trading stuff at a discounted price, but everything costs the same at every outpost. I think the surplus crates where intended to be cheaper but it is not implemented in the game yet (Xbox version at least).

    I have noticed this. For example - the sugar is always 1300g, whether it's in surplus or not.
