I was sailing to Morrow's Peak, and a volcano just north of it (not the island) just started erupting, so I sailed to Flinklock Peninsula, and was still getting pelted.
By the time I got to Morrow's Peak, on the south end, the Volcano shot a volleys of rocks, of which every single last one without exception homed in on my ship.
This was on the south end of Morrow's Peak, from the Volcano in the ocean north of Morrow's Peak
