Looking for help from the tech team, I participated in the Alpha / Beta & bought the game on launch, I had a few friends buy the game later so I made a new pirate and seemingly lost all of my "Founder" goodies. Title, sniper rifles, etc. Can anyone assist me in getting these back?
Let me know! I just hit PL w/ my new pirate :)

Founder - Made new pirate to play with friends and lost all "Founder" cosmetics...

You could have joined them even if you are legend...
@magesticfuzz Sorry for your loss.
Hopefully those items can be returned to you if you raise a support ticket, though don't assume that will happen. Rare have always been clear that deleting your pirate deletes everything that pirate owned.
@schwammlgott Im aware that you can play with any level, I made a new pirate as a gesture of solidarity to my group of new players.

I am aware of the ability to play with lower level players with any pirate, see the above response in regard to "no reason to delete". Thanks for your response!@Lem0n-Curry

@magesticfuzz I may be wrong, but wasn't the founder a dlc code? Can you not go into the game settings and re-download? For instance I am a founder but I do not have the founder badge here in the forum. I do have the Brave Vanguard sails and title. In theory I should be able to go to the xbox settings and re-download the content the same as my blunderbuss. AS far as the eye of Reach and eye Patch you would have to open a ticket to see if they can replace those.

Sorry. But that doesn’t sound like a fair reason.
If you wanted support from Rare...as. Founder and alpha. You should know about “support tickets”
