Increase Max Crew size

My freinds and I love sea of thieves, especially when we can play as a crew, to explore the unknown and see everything together as a crew. But the max crew size is 4, this makes it difficult to play together as a team and it forces us to compete with one another to get online first. Since we don't know how to join in the same server we can't form alliances unless we get lucky and somehow spawn in the same server but different crews. I know the reason why Rare decided to remove this in the first place (too many people talking at once) but if you have an organized crew, that problem could be solved and one would have more fun rather than competing with one another in a battle to the death to get online first. Please increase the max player crew or at the very least add a feature to where you could join the same server as your freinds but different crews to form an alliance. I hope you could take the time to make this a reality rather than a dream. :)
