Sorry but!!!!!!. Game works fine for about 2 weeks now me and three friends crash constantly to desktop. All windows 10 version up to date, tried different Nvidia drivers. Go through a massive list of fixes found via Google and emailed from support. Still crashing to desktop every 2 minutes. Decide to reinstall the game as last resort... NOW IT WON'T RE DOWNLOAD.

One could arrrgue that the Microsoft store is bad.
Rumember that everything will work out in the end. Stay in close contact with support.
@muzzuk redownloading isnt down to the game thats all the store bro, but i gather this is really frustrating, you can always answer the ticket that it didnt help.
After uninstall and before redownload have you restarted your pc ? It might be some registry entries that need to get cleaned, which windows sometimes can only do on reboot.

Nah is effecting three of us dude... well actually 4 ones had a desktop crash as I was making this reply.
Not doing family share or anything like that. All have our own copies bought through Windows Store bar one friend who is using Xbox trial thing. Now affecting 4 of us not 3, 5th is fine though lol.
Managed to get download working again resetting store and installing on different SSD
