This makes no sense, why would they leave it open ended without any context clues as where to go next. It's easier to look it up then it is go sailing randomly across the entire SoT universe. I feel the immersion breaking already.
How would you know where to go after the second tall tale, does it say it in or journal or not at all?
@blackberrest3 on xbox, go to the menu and press "y" on the tall tale you're searching for...everything written there, just need to open your eyes...
As others have stated above there is the More Info option when hovering over tales, we also have a handy list here on the forums in the following post, which you can also use to ask for more help.
