Stuck in The Wilds

    Since the last patch, every time I log into the game I'm either at Galleons Grave or Daggertooth. Literally every single time, the only exception is joining another players existing crew. I've sailed across the map to other outposts before logging out in hopes of breaking whatever tether keeps pulling me back. Scuttle, sunk by AI, it doesn't matter... I always end up at The Wilds outposts. One day I server hopped 20 times in a row..... 14 spawns at Daggertooth, 6 at Galleons.

    @luckynothin707 I once had an interesting theory that where you logged out in the world, the game would try and put you back in the same area when you logged back in again for continuity.

    I get Galleon’s Grave an awful lot!

    @thetwistedtaste I used to think that also, which is why I've spent hours sailing around just to log out like an idiot lol

    All the players in our crew log in to set up ships now, and whomever is in the preferred location, we hop into their game. Much quicker than server-hopping from Galleon’s to Galleon’s to Galleon’s to...

    Almost faster to just sail out of the wilds at that point aint it? Lol

    Lately, I tend to end up at Plunder or Ancient Spire outposts. I think it is putting us some distance from other ships, and for whatever reason people are not hanging out as much in the Wilds within the block of time you typically log in.

    @luckynothin707 From my experience, the game naturally sends you to another region if you’ve completed voyages of the same type in your current region. I suggest you just accept that you’re going to have to do some voyages in the wilds and the game will eventually guide you to a different region.
