Add a 4th Music Instrument

No, we need more things for legends!

@sunbro95 Pirate legends can have any other unique musical instrument, but the only way they get the banjo as an exclusive instrument is over my dead body.

@YoItsDeadPool The banjo is already "in-game" in the Legends Hideout. One of the Legends is playing it with a small band and I always think to myself, "one day...one day you'll be able to slay tunes on a banjo while your crew slays skeletons at a Skull Fort."

I think the challenge for additional instruments is that for every song and instrument they add they have to sync each instrument to each song and then allow them to harmonize with one another. My bet is we'll see more additions in the future, but right now I'm sure Rare is prioritizing other exciting features!
