PC Push To Talk / Voice Chat not working?

My crew mates (and most other PC players I have met) have been having issues using the push to talk and voice chat in general since the latest update (the gilded voyage/festive one, it was working fine during the first part of Shrouded Spoils). I have been trying to use the methods I used before to fix this issue with changing privacy settings on xbox.com and microsoft.com, even my PC settings, but to no avail. Will there be a fix for this? :/
