Curse Caster Skull weapon type

Ok, i know this seems overpowered but hear me out. The curse skull would be a third weapon type, one that shoots GREEN cursed cannonballs from a magical skull that floats over your right hand. It will take up a weapon slot, and not do any damage, only cause relevant effects to the cursed cannonball shot. It will have limited range and take a few seconds to reload. The cursed cannonballs will be held in left hand and reloaded with LT on Xbox and a relevant key on PC. There will be different variations to the skulls and even skeletons would use them, creating a whole new danger.
