Lagging and rubber banding

Okay i have been playing this game since launch and have been patient and know that this stuff takes time. But stop focusing on bi weekly events that just bring more c**p to servers. Plz focus on gameplay issues. I have been unable to play due to huge rubberbanding issues. Since update and also when last event game out
