Bring them back, along with a whole bunch more.
Basically one for each main colour - like those cheap sails.

I honestly don't know why they don't just sell dyes and allow you to pick colour from either palettes or a slider, something like in for honour or destiny.

In that way, they could sell the models as the main item for ludicrously high prices they currently have, and the dye packs for cheap.

They could even add in quests to collect ingredients and make your own special dyes in certain locations and under certain circumstances.
For example, collect up one of each thing you need and mix them in the middle of a thunderstorm, in the wilds.
Whilst underwater.

Then You get a "skin" with lightning and thorns embroidery.

You know.
Something that combines the "content" of cosmetics with the "content" of tasks.

I posted it to another mate.

Content should not be removed if it was published to stay.

If one side of the community reacts with a different point of view, it is good to take notes for future releases and patches, but maybe there is one side that is enjoying actual content and maybe saving and spending hours (and hours) to get enough money to buy their favourite cosmetics!

Maybe with new weekly time events and tasks are related to new outfits. It would be a great opportunity to bring back these deleted outfits as maybe some users were left ‘half the way’ to reach their goals...

i imagine if they could just remove them they can probably just add them back. To say everyone had the same complaints though is a bit nonsensical. Really instead of different colors... purchasable dyes might be better but either way we should have a bit more color options.

Team could just leave what was already created and continue improving the game with more content and weekly events as they have started doing with the THD.

As other mate stated, sure than more than one person has been left with half of a set not being able to complete it... which for many could be a shame.

I mean, many people are complaining through twitter as there are active users that don't come here 'frecuently' and therefore didn't noticed the announcement.

Selfish matters should not guide the implementation of content in a game. Those outfits were not meant to be 'limited edition' ones but content to be enjoyed and made to stay.

Many people knew about it but don't have a huge amount of time to play SoT due to personal duties and couldn't arrive on time. So that also is a relevant fact to take into account.

Also, as another mate stated, they heard about it as a thought but not something that would be done in the short time.

There are many facts that made people not getting the full sets and community comments help improve always if they are made from a constructive point of view, not only while contents are active, but also when taken away.

@personalc0ffee mate don't take it personally, this is just to know community opinions and it's also great to know yours, leave personal comments aside and enjoy sharing you point of view ;) don't forget this is a game.

I made a decision to buy them because they were being removed. We had ample notice. They weren't expensive.

It's more of a snooze you lose kind of thing.

Do you still have enough for the new Shark Hunter set that has been released?

I mean, as you see, this set related to the Hungering Deep has been said to last 'forever' and the other not themed sets were removed even though many re-colored sets can still be found in the Outposts.

A moot point. I would rather they waste time actually improving the game.

And it's unlikely to take a way from that if they add the additional colors back in...

@savagetwinky I just went from outpost to outpost and it makes no sense at all.

These recolors have to come back so that the full set can be achieved. There is no sense in leaving these outfits as they are right now, without all the ‘parts’ that make the full set...

I was impressed because there are so many sets that only change the color but they have been kept... except for those two.

Hope they put them back next week... I really hope so. I won’t expend a cent till they come back and will be grinding just for those.

@xcalypt0x I know many people that didn’t save enough and spent days and nights in order to buy the figureheads...

It is sad that they have gone away and that you can find half sets on stores.

I bought ‘Sea Hunter’ full set thinking that it would be exclusive and now they confirmed it is made to stay and I wouldn’t request my gold back, as I am really happy for all those players that were worried about it.

We should react like a community, it could happen to anyone anytime!

@crackpotink8417 yes I had enough to buy the shark set on day 1 of THD. Having gotten higher in levels now I find myself making 12-20k an hr solo.

Gold is really easy to make in this game.

I just try and keep myself above a certain $ amount so if something is put in I can buy it

@john-hatter I really like that point of view, but would leave original stuff as ‘preloaded assets’ so that users can still spend money on those if they want.

Except for becoming a Legend and The Hungering Deep, outfits and customization is which makes this game alive (as well as player stories and adventures that are created through the waves). Because of this, stuff that was originally created should remain, as it doesn’t stop the Team from creating new stuff instead of continue re-coloring.

Finally, some players prefer having ‘nothing’ instead of a set that will never be concluded due to this.
