Sorry if this has been suggested before, I wasn't able to find anything.
I suggest adding some sort of icon to the items in shops that are available only for a limited time to make them more noticeable and also tell me when they will no longer be around so I can snatch them up. As it is, I only really know what I should grab by coming to the forum or Reddit.

@archangel-timmy agreed. I tweeted at seaofthieves hoping for an answer but nothing. I just want to know if I need to spend coin quickly or if the purchasable items are here to stay and it's just the hmshark themed items

It would have been useful for the Day 1 Patch, the glass bottle EoR, and the cosmetics they removed a couple weeks ago due to the lack of variation.
I suppose another thing they could do aside from the icons and text is add an extra tab at the top of the store for the limited time items as well. Like how they have the tab for Figureheads, Sails, and Hull. The limited items could be mixed in as they are but a new tab would be available to lump them all together in one location.
I think the icons and timer are a better option, but all three would be nice as well!
