The 1000 grog dock run:
A number of players try to make it from point A to point B by running across a dock with a barrel of 1000 grogs. Falling of the dock or putting down the barrel gets you disqualified. Winner gets to keep the barrel!
Fire in the pinhole:
Players fire themselves from a cannon, through a small hole in a mountain.
Sloop estafette:
Four sloops in teams of two race, two at a time. The second sloop takes over once the first sloop reaches a certain mark.
Test of sorrow:
Each player has a sloop with a number of chests of sorrow. The last player standing wins!
Capture the snake:
Capture the flag, but with a poisonous snake!
King of the fort:
The team that controls the central tower for the longest period if time wins.
