I’m starting to get really fed up with the game. I have been at my map or at the bottom deck and suddenly will just be in the water... It’s the most annoying thing since my boat just keeps sailing away and I actually have to quit the game to be able to restart.. It’s really the WORST glitch as you can’t really do anything once you fall off the boat if you’re alone... it just sails away and your stranded in water in the middle of nowhere. I have had this happen to me at least 5 times and had to completely quit the game mid voyage. Makes me not want to play anymore honestly.

@hourlyjaguar854 never had or read anything like this before, anyway the mermaid will spawn short after to take you back on board
@distruttore49 I thought so but I have really good connection and internet access. I JUST did the update and figured it would help and it’s still happening.. I wasn’t sure if it’s just me. Maybe it is connection but that would make no sense I have like the fastest internet you can get..
Not sure if any of these are really glitches, for one, if there is a tad bit of water, there may be a hole in the upper deck of you sloop assuming this since you said falling off the boat alone. I have noticed there is a hole spot under the shelf or whatever to the left side of the ship in the captains quarters that seems to hide from me sometimes. If you fall off your boat, you can wait for a mermaid to appear and it will teleport you back onto your ship.
I could be wrong however, but based off of my experiences, this is what I have to offer in terms of suggestions.
@cr0n0d didn’t even know that happened. Another frustrating thing. Never knowing whats going to happen. There really is no type of guide. Which I don’t mind. But I’ve quit everytime assuming I’m stranded watching my boat float away. Lol maybe I’ll wait for the mermaid. Didn’t even know that happened
@hourlyjaguar854 with me there's no bug like that one so try to restart your game/connection for a couple of times and see what happens.
It is definitely a bug, as I've been repeatedly thrown from my boat, and it doesn't matter where I'm standing when it happens. It's not a connection issue as I have 3 people in my house all on the same connection, on the same boat, but only I get tossed from the boat. It literally just pushes you through the hull of the boat into the water. I always mermaid back up, but if I was driving or repairing, its really really bad for the boat. Not only is it potentially devastating to the current voyage/sell run, its downright scary to be suddenly thrown into the water.
