4hrs ago, our team was able to set sail and plunge the seas for our pirate booty! Skeleton Fort is what our hearts desire! We've defeated their Captain and there skeleton party, Taken all the goods and sold them to our local Outpost only to receive nothing. And thus this was born https://www.seaofthieves.com/forum/topic/38694/my-plunders-are-worth-nothing. With help from other Pirates we waited while the servers were down and hoped to get our stuff later. Now the servers let us in again and just 15 minuets ago we tried the challenge again. We defeated a new Skeleton fort and it's crew only to sell our new plunders to an outpost and receive nothing yet again. My new question i ask my fellow pirates this, Is the Skeleton Fort broken? I also noticed Summit1g Game seems to be working fine.
Skeleton Fort Wins again! They had fake goods. "No gold/progress received TWICE"
@xkenfo Same, I just got the riches of a skeleton fort only to come to the sad conclusion it was worth nothing.
@xkenfo I just completed a Fort with a mate, and while battling lag spikes, we managed to finally get to and defeat the Captain (probably took 2 hours - also battled other pirates trying to steal our glory). Upon returning the plunder to their respective vendor, we received some gold (not enough for the time) but no rep! As you can imagine, both of us were quite upset, and then promptly logged off.
3am our time, me and mine,
we killed a captain and got loot prime.
Turned it in, got gold and rep, sailed the seas like Johnny Depp!
Now look with confusion me and thee
The events that transpired after just can't be!
Two captains slain,
we expect to gain,
No small amount of loot or fame.
But dock in Port and there's none to claim!
The merchants they give you no such gold,
You expect reputation but the guilds have not been told!
Now Rare she tells me oh so bold,
The loot's not gone it's just on hold.
Excuse me if I sound a little cold,
But could I have it before I'm old?@gratchthegarr Greatest thing I've read all night. Bravo my good fellow captain. May the seas be ever in your favor.
