Ahoy,
If you getting stuck on the preload try this:
open you internet browser
Google for Sea of Thieves
open up the Xbox site where you can pre-order it
click on preorder ( MS store site should appear)
click on play
game should start to download in your MS store.
Worked for me , hope this will help some out.
@skaary27 has there been any confirmation that it is the pre-load? I have pre-ordered but via Amazon so haven't been able to redeem it yet, but I still got an update/download.
My guess would be that it is just another update to the testing client.
I could be entirely wrong mind but seems odd that I can download something I haven't redeemed.
