Legendary Ships

    They say when you become a pirate legend you gain access to a legendary ship “like” the “blackpearl.” There are so many historical fabled ships out there and with movies and games mixed in I think we might see a really large variety of legendary ships available. What legendary ships do you think will be in SoT? And what legendary ships do you want to be in SoT?

    Personally I think someone might get access to the ferry of the damned. Or real legends like the Henry Avery’s “Fancy.”
    What I want, a 1000 sunny galleon or a Going Merry sloop haha.

    @straw-hat-blake What I wonder is for the legendary ship is if it's for solo players or only usable with 4 people. I kinda hope they have both.

    I think the legendary ships should have the theme of real ships (or ships out if movies/games). I think this would be some interresting point.

    Might be stupid but having an undead ship that while on the ship makes you look like a ghost as you run around on it. That would be fun.

    @death-by-pinga for sure. I’ve heard that when you are a pirate legend. Your crew uses your ship even if you’re not the party leader. But what I wonder is what if there are 2 legends!?

    I disagree, I think the legend ship should be unique to the player. Completely. I don’t want to see copies of ships out of movies, books or TV. Player, including myself should have the opportunity to make something true to the lore in game, true to there own pirate story and something that makes you feel like a legend, recognised by others.

    I hope for numerous things when it actually comes to the ships size or available sizes. A sloop or a slight different ship should be available for the two man and singular crews. For the galleon players I’d like to see something bigger than a 4man ship, something that demands respect, 6 or maybe even an 8 man ship, imagine 10 cannons, 5 sails, a harpoon on the front for kraken and other monsters from the deep. Life boats/small boats for getting ashore or checking out those wrecks. The possibilities are endless.

    I cannot wait to chase my legend status and I’m sure I’m going to be in need of a strong crew to help me on the way.

    @lothaes Can't speak for others but having a bigger crew would be bad for the game. For a solo player you can do something against 4 people. It's hard but it can be done, but if you add more people then it almost becomes hopeless. More cannons maybe fine but the speed of that ship has to be slow, really slow or it just becomes overpowered.

    @lothaes unless the add in matchmaking for 6 people i cant seem the legendary ship beiing higher than 4 people sadly, i would love a 6 man ship as my group of friends there is exactly 6 of us
