Otherworldly Cloud beings/NPCs

    What would you do if you were sailing along and all of a sudden cloud starts to for in the shape of a face to the west. As he looks strait ahead not heeding your very existence. To him you mean nothing, he then takes a large inhaling breath and lets it out. Your sails start to billow and the ship gets jerked to the East and having little control of your heading and belining it into an island. As the wind dies down, the cloud gives a yawn and the face disappears and the cloud drifts lazily through the sky.
    These cloud beings could be gods of wind and neutral creatures that could help or hinder you at times you may not need them to show up. There could be 4 for the cardinal directions and another for storms.

    @Benplaysgames52 Not meant to screw you over, They will only affect area that are able to see them. Could add a music cue for when they show up as a warning. You look to see if it is one that would benefit you to get where you are going. If it is you'll have time to line up the sails or turn your ship so you aren't jerked to the side. If not raise your sails or lower anchor you would be fine. With sails up you won't turn and with anchor down you won't drift or be pushed. You do both it shouldn't affect your ship too much. The world needs to be dynamic and keep the players on there toes to keep the game interesting.

    @benplaysgames52 So does the person chasing you or he could use the NPC to his advantage and cut you off or catch up, or you could use it to try and get away. Line up the enemy ship so when the wind hits they are thrown into an island while you should be fine if you anchor. It's like the Kraken showing up and you have 8 chest on board, 2 of them being chest of sorrow and now you have an obstacle to overpass and a choice to make.
