The Sea of Thieves is a chaotic place, but Managed Misfortunes turns that chaos into progress. We are an elite, highly active guild that has just officially achieved Distinction III (Level 307+).
Following a recent roster cleanup of inactive players, we have exactly 4 slots open for dedicated sailors who want to join a top-tier crew and reap the rewards of a highly optimized fleet.
Our Requirements:
Time Zone & Schedule: You must primarily play in the EST or Central time zones during the evenings (starting around 8 PM). We are looking for members who sail during our peak hours so we can crew up together.
Adults with Responsibilities: Our core crew consists of mostly adults balancing jobs, family, and life. We play routinely, sail efficiently, and keep it fun even when things go sideways.
Active Contributors: We consistently maintain our Legendary Tier (Top 25%) standing on the guild ledger. We want active pirates who will hop on pledged ships and steadily contribute to the guild's reputation and ledger.
Playstyle: Focused on PvE adventure, progression, and PvP opportunities when the crew is right.
