Lustrous Legend Eye of Reach Not Added

    I redeemed my code for the Lustrous Legend Eye of Reach and I haven't received it yet. It shows up on my Xbox account and my Microsoft account as being redeemed but is not appearing on my game account. Does anyone else have this issue?
