Lustrous Legend Flag Claim Not Working

  • Following reports from other users, we believe that this issue is now resolved. In an attempt to claim the Lustrous Legend Flag through the Microsoft Rewards Punch Card System:

    • Proceed to Microsoft Rewards
    • Scroll down to the section 'Quests and punch cards'
    • Rotate through the Carousel and select the Lustrous Legends Flag
    • Click Claim Now on the Claim your reward section
    • Your reward should now be available.
  • @beckyfr0st It has not been fixed on my account. Same error as OP as of 08:46AM CDT.

    It looks like this is partially resolved. The link on the punch card won't work, but if you put "lustrous" in the search box on the page that the link redirects you to, it should come up, and you can claim it that way.

  • Not working for everyone. Did try the same but it still gives the same error as mention earlier

  • I haven't gotten the flag yet but I am having this issue with the Eye of Reach. It's shows on my Microsoft account that it was redeemed but is not appearing in game.

  • I got the code but it is a universal code so it doesn't work.
    Would have been better just to give us the 16 digit microsoft code like they did for the hat. I would have to reinstall the game again and create a pirate to use it and my pc is saving that space for fh6..

    Oh well, I won't waste time doing another reward..

    A 16 digit MS/Xbox code would limit it to only Xbox players. That's why it's a SOTCODE. Just redeem it at https://www.seaofthieves.com/redeem/redeem-your-code and it applies to whatever account you have logged in here, regardless of platform.
