- Every now and then, I can't consume a fruit using the radial shorcut. I can only do it if I manually open my inventory and select the fruit I want. It fixes itself with death / logoff / change of server.
- The Ashen reaper voyage "a search for ancient secret" is bugged. After the first pillar, my skeleton freeze in place equipping and unequipping the showels, don't look for anything and don't follow me, not allowing me to complete the voyage. Tried a lot of methods to reset them, they don't work. Happens most of the time on Flintlock Peninsula.

I would raise a support ticket to help the team squash this bug.
Remember provide any details you can on how these bugs occured and see if you can reproduce them.
And for your point 2, just to add something, are you sure you have defeated everything and has there been any update on the quest parchment?
