Will Guilded Phoenix Clothing ever be dropped in twitch again?

Hey I just have a little question, we have seen a lot of sets reenter the twitch drops be it clothing, equipment, ship sets, or weapons, but one I have not seen rereleased is the Guilded Phoenix Clothing. Will we ever see this clothing set return in twitch drops or is it lost in time?
