I Bought the Battle Net version of the game, all I got was 2 books and soundtrack

    Back in April when the news of SoT coming to Battle Net, I was interested in getting the sails, Plunder Pass, weapons and everything else that was promised so I can use it on Xbox. When 22nd May rolls around all I got was the audiobook (not going to listen to it), Guide to SoT (I'm a day one pirate so not going to use that) and the 2025 soundtrack (I'll be using that perhaps in the future....maybe....). And after that....? Nothing.

    I have raised a ticket with supporting pictures as evidence but I'm not impressed that after being assured on social media that Xbox users could buy the Battle Net version, and have access to everything promised....that I got the things I wanted the least. No Plunder Pass, weapons, sails, etc that were promised. Very disappointing. I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem? Sorry Rare but not happy with this one.

    (And no....I can't play the game on a PC or laptop, I don't have the processing power or can afford an upgrade.....)

    You'd probably need to launch the game from the Battle.net client in order to get the cosmetics activated on your account, same way every other XBox/Windows/Steam platform purchase works.

    You need to start the game through Battle.net first to get the items.

    You rebought the game for pc. For the cosmetics, just to use on console.

    I’m sure there some sorta lock or small detail missed saying something that needs to be done.

    @simonvradiodj Did you buy the premium edition? Only this one includes the sails.

    @burnbacon I know folk who bought a PS5, just to get the cosmetics for that version. But play on PC. It happens.

    I see that but I'm telling you that you need to launch the game through Battle net to get those items. Should've done some research since this is how it has always worked for any platform.

    Maybe support can help you, otherwise I would get a refund
