And why is it lost gold fort.
There's just too much verticality.
Molten sands gets a special mention but it's more the location than the fort design itself.
What is your least favourite fort in the game
I did so many forts back in the day without a crew/regular crew that they all kind of haunt me when I look at them. Reward was low, risk was high, constantly contested or tucked on, even the outposts were much higher risk for stealth plays back then.
The map also felt way bigger back then. Now everything feels so much closer for some reason. Maybe the rocks and portals I dunno.
Forts are so different feeling post nerfs/new tools/features that I really just remember them all being challenging in different ways. Some were designed inconveniently, some were tough to keep an eye on things, some were tough to extract from.
Lost Gold is like dagger was, maybe not the best design but it really just depends on the server and situation.
