Identifying this capstan cosmetic
I believe it’s actually no capstan skin, but the hull colors it. The emporium hulls and some of the rewarded hulls color the cannons, capstan, and wheel to match the hull. This one appears to be the Eternal Freedom hull from the PotC collection with no skins on anything else and the new sails that came out to celebrate PS5 joining, plus the shrouded ghost figurehead.

I've searched all my wares and shops, but I cannot find it ! So this might've been a plunder pass, emissary ledger reward, one bought from either Pvp factions, or at Reaper's Hideout.
Now I could have missed it, but it could be any of these options I laid out or not. Sorry I can't be much help to you, hopefully another pirate can help or you simply find it, if you can get it ! Safe Journeys.
