Cant access the plunder pass i paid for

    Hi all

    Just wondering why the game has to start and open in standard game type instead of premium as it even identified that i have the premium game and if that the reason why i cant access the plunder pass, i even taken pictures to prove i have the premium version.

    Many thanks for any help supplied incase i don't respond.

    If I read this correctly, you are saying that you don’t receive the premium plunder pass rewards. If that is the case, this would be better served by submitting a ticket to Rare customer services, than by using a forum post shipmate.
