Players who want to show off their distinctions while also showing off their gloves don't really have an option, and it's obviously not that easy to make it possible to combine gloves and rings on the same hand. So, what if we could simply wear a ring or rings on one hand and a glove on the other? It's the same concept as hooks, but with the full pirate hand model + the ring(s) instead of the prosthetic. I think it'd be a good customization option, and would provide another incentive for rings so that players would have that option.
Or just make gloves work like rings with right and left hands so we can mismatch those too, although then the same feature for boots may need to exist. A small Pandora's box, but a Pandora's box nonetheless.
