hey I've been having some issues with using my mouse and keyboard. They are glitches it seems I can't look 360° with the mouse and the keys just don't register. this really sucks cause I only really play on mouse and keyboard. this new update must've messed it up.

@stupoo2007 I faced exactly the same problem. I've been looking for a solution for 3 days. I wrote to the support service, the application was seen and answered.
Well, they didn't answer me anything normal and said that they didn't know about the existence of this problem, it's looking for a solution to it, it's a shame that the developers are engaged in Donat us with the walls, but I won't help the players@daholodno They know and solve the problem. They are engaged in donation in the first place, and helping players in the last... sorry my English bad.
@foambreaker mine is turned off, my mouse works just fine navigating menus and looking around, but none of my keys are working on my keyboard.
@polarpuncha When you go to the screen where you can bind keys does it seem to work properly?
If you rebind a key does it then work?
The problem they are currently having with Xbox keyboard and mouse is more of a mouse centering problem. You can only turn 180° until you hit a wall where you can’t turn anymore. However if you open up a menu you can see your mouse cursor on the side of the screen and you can move it normally. If you happen to move the cursor back to the center of the screen you can once again move 180° but the center point will be the direction where you were facing when you exited the menu. So technically you can turn to the right, open the quest radial to bring your cursor to the center of the screen, close it, and continue turning again until you hit the 180° wall where you would repeat the radial and centering again. It’s an extremely annoying and unfortunate glitch they introduced but I’m hoping for a simple fix and that they are able to repair it before community day. I tend to play keyboard and mouse only on Xbox along with most of my friends and crew mates, so this has been an upsetting halt to one of my favorite games to play, and now also run the possibility of missing a community because of it. Hopes and prayers it can be resolved soon.
@foambreaker unfortunately I’ve reviewed every setting in the past few days since the large update. No change in settings can fix this, not to mention the game doesn’t register the keyboard most of the time when you are starting the game, causing (me at least) to have to hard restart my console to have a chance to use my keyboard at least. The game needs another patch (haha) in order to fix the new issues introduced in the past few days.
@foambreaker В меню игры мышка работает отлично, и повторюсь вчера случайным образом мне удалось пере подключить клавиатуру, но мышка по прежнему упирается в стену( но в меню всё супер). Так же, выяснил, что если поставить сенсор мыши выше то и радиус возможного вращения становиться больше (но по прежнему упирается в стену). Но заходя в прицел снайперки, радиус вращения буквально 30 градусов. Очень грустно терять интерес к игре.
Верните клавиатуру и мыш в состояние прошлого обновления!!!

I am having the same problem with Kb/M, it is honestly really annoying. This is one of my most favorite games and currently the only real fun game I can play. I don't wanna have to miss community day just because of a bug, I hope that they fix it in the next 24 hours or so, that way all of us kb/m players can join in on the fun!
@foambreaker apologies for the late response, I decided to just play on controller until the patch comes through which at the time of writing this, will be in a few hours from now. The keyboard wasn't registering any inputs at all, not even changing binds. Thankfully never experienced the mouse invisible wall bug, but I too hope that this gets resolved with the patch today.
This glitch has been one of the worst I've seen. In any actual PVP situation, against controller or PC players, we are extremely disadvantaged to the point we can't really fight back. The worst part about this is the update didn't add much for us Xbox players. It more then doubled the game and only added thing on the back end, mostly for PC players.
Yes, indeed, today the keyboard works from the very first start (I don't leave the game so as not to shine 👌🏼) but also the trouble with the mouse is the limit of rotation, n also down and sometimes you can't go to the top. In short, you can bet what will be faster, rare will solve the problem or ps5 🙃
Got a similar issue, but not the whole time...I play with controller, but I have a chatpad attached to it, who doesn't know, that's a small keyboard that fits between the two handles (english isn't my native language)...I have shortcuts for every item, so I don’t need the radial anymore...
So, yesterday it worked for a while, then the game shut down for no reason (could be because of other crews nearby, but I'm not sure about that)...after the 2nd shutdown the chatpad worked inconsistently, after the 3rd it didn't work at all...it was still plugged in correctly as my headset still was working
I will send a ticket right after this post, hope this gets fixed soon, as it becomes unplayable this way for me@stupoo2007 so, actual response from support:

@darealholmes only reason I'm playing is for the community day bonuses.... and it's hard rn. Very hard. Between having to do hourglass on an input system I'm unfamiliar with (controller) & the constent freezes/ disconnects. I'm not having a good community wknd and will be taking a solid break from this game after the sunday
This bug is still not fixed as of today. I sent a ticket in, and everyone reading this should too so they consider this bug as more important. I mean, to be fair this isn't just another minor bug- this one makes the game impossible to play for everyone with a kb & m on xbox, and we missed community day.
